Registration Fee: RM 100 (per team) [/b]1. The league is opened to Everybody. 2. SMM staff cannot participate in the tournament EXCEPT BEING MATCH MARSHALS (MM). 3. The match will be played on the latest DotA v6 (6.27b) map which is recommended by Blizzard Entertainment unless there is a further notification. Game mode will be team pick. 4. Abusive behavior towards the staff will result in a permanent ban. No foul words are allowed to be used towards opponents. 5. Teams are allowed to have one reserve player (no additional fee). Reserve players can sub for one main member of a team either before the match starts and/or after the match (2nd round, 3rd round, etc.) only. Reserve players cannot sub during a match. 6. The winning team will need to save a replay of the game. 7. The Cyber Café will be awarded RM 500 and RM 1,500 respectively if their house team becomes the champion of the state and national champion, eg. Team A from Cyber Café A become the champion in both State and National Champion, CC A will be awarded additional RM 500 and RM1,500 respectively. 8. Teams can only represent one state and may not register in multiple states. [b]Prize National Tournament: Champion : RM 30,000.00 Runner-Up : RM 10,000.00 2nd Runner-Up : RM 5,000.00 State Tournament: Champion : RM 2,000.00 Runner-Up : RM 1,000.00 2nd Runner-Up : RM 600.00 [/b][b]Fixture – State TournamentSelection : Team pick (Sentinel & Scourage) -coin flip by match marshal. Round 1 & Round 2 &Quarter Final : Single elimination Semi Final & Final : Best of 3 [/b]1. Semi Final & Final will be a best-of-3-match. Each team will take turn to be Sentinel and Scourge. In case both teams are tied at 1-1, the 3rd game will be an -ap game. Whoever wins the toss coin will, not only, choose which side their team will be, but they can either choose to be the first to pick any one hero they want from either sentinel or scourge side. After their team picks one hero, their opponents will pick next and choose one hero from either side. This will continue until both sides gets 5 heroes. 2. Once fixtures are fixed, neither delayed nor postponed will be allowed. Team who failed to show up during the match day will be considered as LOSERS. 3. Winning: Maximum game time is set as 60 minutes. Completely destroy the trees or the throne of your opponent or your opponent concedes the game. If not, the point will be awarded as follows to decide the winner. [b]Each rax broke = 8 pointsEach tower broke = 5 points Each hero kill = 2 point [/b]4. If ever there are 2 teams challenging from the same group or clan, both of them may request to have a different match. 5. If the game hangs, do not change anything and leave the screen as it is. Notify the referee immediately. [b]Game Rules[/b]1. Before the start of the all matches, teams will be given a piece of paper to write their heroes in both scourge and sentinel respectively. Once they’ve given their heroes, they cannot change their lineup through the duration of the tournament. 2. The game will be enforced with a complete no feeding rule:- No borrowing of any items- No ally control- No buying of items from other teammate’s gold 3. Pooling and item stacking is illegal. Players may NOT give other players items at any point in the game as it defeats the purpose of it being a team game. Pooling will result in a loss of points for the clans that violate this rule. The only exception is it, may be bought and used by the entire team, but not sold to transfer the gold.i. Potions of Lesser Clarity, ii. Flask of Wateriii. Observer Wards, iv. Sentry Wardv. Bugs Exploitation (Penalty or Game Loss): No Exploitation of any known old or new bug discovered during play. Explanations like “exploiting/activating the bug unknowingly”, “we had no idea this bug existed” or similar excuses will not be entertained. Participants/Teams are expected to know what these are. 5. If any players are disconnected within 5 minutes after game starts then the game has to restart. If any players are disconnected after 5 min after game starts then the game will continue. If any team member disconnect or leave in the middle of the match, the match should continue and no rematch unless upon agreement from the other parties. 6. Game will restarts if all player' system hangs or game cannot continue because of game hang. 7. Other than what is written above, there maybe added or change of rules and regulations concerning the tournament. I'll just update this as the day goes by. 8. We seek everyone’s cooperation on the rules and hope by implying the rules to the league, everyone can have a fair game and most importantly have fun. 9. Only two Mekanism per team. 10. Only one Necronomicon per team. 11. No creep skipping. This means you are not allowed to attack towers or other buildings without creep support. You are allowed to attack any building in enemy base if you reached the base with creeps. You don’t have to cancel your attack if all creeps are dead.
